“These are great! It blocks the wind and cold very well. I've worn it totally covering my face with the drawstring pulled snug leaving just a space to see out. Or with string loosened and the face flap up. Or with the hood down, but the face flap up over mouth and nose. Or totally pulled down around my neck for just a scarf. Have even worn it in light rain while walking the dog, and it didn't soak through.”
